Bonus Code

A bonus code (also called a promo code) is a case-sensitive alphanumeric string a player enters in the operator’s cashier or registration form to activate a specific bonus offer.

When you need a code

Not every bonus requires a code. Common patterns:

• Automatic activation: welcome offers on registration; reloads triggered by deposit thresholds. No code needed.
• Code-gated: promo campaigns aimed at specific channels (email newsletter, affiliate partners, gambling forums). Code required.
• Code-optional multi-tier: choose which of several welcome offers to receive by entering the corresponding code.

What happens if you forget the code

You often lose the bonus permanently. Most operators do not retroactively apply codes to deposits already made. If you deposit €100 without entering the code, the operator considers that deposit “unpromoted” — even if you email support the same day.

Some operators do offer 24-48 hour retroactive activation via live-chat. Do not count on it.

Where to find valid codes

• Operator email newsletters. Personalised codes with higher value than public offers.
• Affiliate sites (like CasiMath): partner codes with enhanced terms. Check T&C — some codes valid only through the affiliate URL.
• Coupon aggregator sites: mixed quality. Many list expired codes.

Bonus code + payment method restrictions
