The one-line policy
If casino play stops being fun, or starts eating money you can’t afford to lose, stop. Every operator we list is legally required to provide the tools to help you do that. Use them proactively, not after damage.
Warning signs to notice — in yourself or a loved one
- Spending more than you’d budgeted, more than once.
- Playing to escape stress, boredom, or negative emotions.
- Lying about how much or how often you play.
- Chasing losses with bigger bets to “get back to even”.
- Borrowing money to play.
- Neglecting work, relationships, sleep, or health because of play.
- Feeling anxious or irritable when you can’t play.
If two or more of the above apply, treat it as a signal, not a fluke.
Operator-side tools you should use
Every regulated (and every well-run offshore) operator supports at least these:
- Deposit limits — daily / weekly / monthly caps. Set them before the first deposit, not after a big loss.
- Loss limits — an automatic stop-loss at the account level. Independent of session-level self-control.
- Wager limits — total amount wagered in a period, not net loss. Catches the “high turnover, moderate loss” pattern.
- Session time limits — automatic logout after N minutes.
- Cool-off periods — self-imposed 24-hour to 7-day break, cannot be reversed early.
- Self-exclusion — 6 months to permanent. Blocks account access, blocks marketing emails, blocks promotional CTAs. Take it seriously; casinos take it seriously.
- Reality checks — pop-ups every N minutes reminding you of session time and net.
Set the first three before playing. They cost nothing and prevent tilt-driven damage.
National / regional self-exclusion schemes
If you self-exclude with one operator only, you can still open an account at another. National schemes cover multiple operators at once:
- GAMSTOP (UK) — free self-exclusion from all UK-licensed operators, 6 months / 1 year / 5 years. https://www.gamstop.co.uk
- BetBlocker (global) — free software that blocks gambling sites system-wide on your devices. https://betblocker.org
- CRUKS (Netherlands) — Dutch national self-exclusion registry.
- OASIS (Germany) — federal self-exclusion under GGL.
- Spelpaus (Sweden) — national exclusion from all Spelinspektionen-licensed operators.
- RGS / self-exclusion registries — most US states with legal online gambling operate one.

If someone you know is in crisis, don’t argue with the behavior. Direct them to one of the above and offer to sit through the first call with them.
What CasiMath commits to
- We do not run traffic cloaks or geo-splitters that would push players to accounts they cannot legally close.
- We do not run push-notification campaigns for depositors.
- We display responsible-gambling links in the footer on every page, and prominently on every casino review.
- If an operator refuses to honor a self-exclusion request from a user we’ve referred, we terminate the affiliate relationship and delist the operator publicly.
- We do not accept sign-ups from any user who has told us they are self-excluded, and we honor those requests across our platform without asking why.
Casino play is a legal hobby with real risks. Our job is to make the risks visible and the tools findable.
