Self-exclusion

A voluntary block on your own account access, enforced by the operator for a period you choose.

Also known as: self-ban

A tool that lets you ban yourself from playing at a specific casino (or, via national schemes, at all licensed operators in your country). Options usually span 6 months to permanent.

Once activated, the operator must:

Block account access
Stop all marketing communication
Refund any pending withdrawals in the original payment method
Refuse to open a new account under the same identity
