Withdrawal
The process of moving money from your casino account to your bank or e-wallet.
Also known as: cashoutpayout
Transferring winnings from a casino balance back to a payment method. Standard steps:
- Submit KYC documents (if not already verified)
- Request withdrawal in the cashier
- Operator review (0-72 hours; longer on weekends or for high-value withdrawals)
- Payment provider processing (instant for crypto and Trustly; 1-3 business days for cards; 3-7 days for wire transfer)
Some operators impose weekly or monthly withdrawal caps (e.g. €5,000/week). Read the T&C — a €50,000 win with a €5,000/week cap takes 10 weeks to fully cash out.
Many operators offer “instant withdrawals” as a marketing claim; in practice, processing time is capped by the payment method regardless of the operator’s own speed.
