Rakeback

A rebate program that returns a percentage of the house margin (rake in poker; house edge in casino) you generated back to you.

Rakeback in casino context is less common than in poker but exists at some crypto and VIP-tier operators. Structure:

• Operator tracks your total turnover and expected loss (turnover × house edge).
• At period end (weekly or monthly), you receive a fixed percentage of that expected loss as cashback.
• Rates typically 5-15%. VIP tiers can push to 20-25%.

Rakeback is strictly positive-EV — you’re not paying anything extra, you’re just getting some percentage of your normal losses returned. Combined with the base game’s house edge:

• 96% RTP slot + 10% rakeback = effectively 96.4% RTP over time
• 99.5% RTP blackjack + 10% rakeback = effectively 99.55% RTP

At high volume this compounds meaningfully. Prefer operators with visible rakeback structures over those without.
